Verify an IBAN

POST
/v1/verify/iban

Confirms the IBAN is a valid account for that country, splits out the bank code and resolves it to the bank holding it, with its legal name, SWIFT/BIC code and logo.

Free for every account, and counts as one check toward usage.

The country is taken from the country field, then from the value itself when it carries a marker, then from the service default.
