About

Validation built for the region, from the region

MENAVerify started with a simple frustration: the identifiers people in the Middle East actually hand you — a UAE mobile, an Emirates ID, a TRN, an IBAN — were hard to check without stitching together registries, SMS gateways and libraries that never quite spoke the same language. So we built one API that does.

Why we exist

The details that matter locally

Global validation tools treat the Middle East as an afterthought. Phone formats get mangled by RTL marks and Arabic-Indic digits, national IDs are unsupported, and every lookup pays a round trip to a data center thousands of kilometers away. We think the region deserves infrastructure built for it, not adapted to it as a footnote.

So we maintain the reference data ourselves, serve it from inside the region, and keep the response contract identical across every identifier and every country we add.

What we hold to

Run from the region

Primary capacity sits in the UAE with a secondary region in Bahrain. Validation is in-process, so latency is dominated by network distance rather than a round trip to another continent.

One contract, many identifiers

Phone, Emirates ID, TRN and IBAN answer with the same response shape. Adding a check is a one-line change, not a new integration.

Honest verdicts

We only return a verdict when the identifier holds up against reference data we maintain. Where a document type gives us less to work with, we say so instead of inventing confidence.

Data that stays current

Numbering plans, issuer rules and bank code allocations are reconciled on a schedule, and portability is flagged rather than guessed.
