Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and MENAVerify FZ-LLC (“MENAVerify”) governing your use of our website, dashboard and validation API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping API keys confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The Service is currently free of charge. Without an account, you may run a small number of checks in the playground; continued use requires a free account, which has no limit on checks but is subject to per-key rate limits.

We may introduce paid plans in future. We will give reasonable notice before any charge applies, and you will not be billed without first agreeing to it.

You may not use the Service to break the law, to validate identifiers you have no lawful basis to process, to attempt to bypass rate limits or the playground’s free-check limit, or to reverse-engineer our reference data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to submit any personal data to the API.

We work to keep the Service available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and incidents are published on our status page. Any service-level commitments apply only where stated in a separate written agreement.

The Service is provided “as is”. A validation result reflects our reference data at the time of the request and is not a guarantee about a person or account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
